As you step out to do outreach it is necessary to pay attention to what God is doing in each person. Outreach is a one-on-one activity that is best done when we hone in on each person we encounter.

Over the years I have noticed that to the degree that I take the time to listen to what God is doing I am more effective in connecting with people. To truly connect with people we need to take the high road of assumptions with others - we need to assume God is doing something in the life of each person we meet up with. That is the "whosoever" in John 3:16. He is stirring up the lives of many right around you right now. Your job is to open up, notice in and take note of what he is doing in each life. Do that and amazing things will begin to occur.
